Rwanda is a leader in digital policy, focused on creating a digital-first economy. Its commitment is shown through major projects, including the development of its own CBDC and a new AI hub supported by the Gates Foundation. These are clear signs of a forward-thinking government.
ABF fully supports Rwanda’s digital vision. We will use our event to bring global experts to discuss and contribute to this agenda. Our policy sessions will focus on topics important to Rwanda, like digital identity, land registry, and financial inclusion.
We have a strong partnership with the Government of Rwanda, highlighted by the full support of The Honorable Minister of ICT, Paula Ingabire. As a sign of this commitment, she has appointed her Executive Assistant, Rhoma, to join our local organizing committee.
We will work closely with the government to align the event’s results with Rwanda’s digital policy. This partnership will help us create a lasting legacy for the country.
