Early-bird pricing runs until October 7, 2026 (or until allocations sell out). After that, prices return to their standard rates shown as the struck-through “was” price on each card.

Tickets are fully refundable up to September 30, 2026. After that date tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable to another attendee at no charge.

Yes. Once your registration and payment are confirmed, you can request an official visa invitation letter from your confirmation email. Allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Student passes require a valid student ID or proof of enrolment, uploaded during registration or emailed to our team. Verification is usually completed within 48 hours.

Press accreditation is reviewed individually — apply via the Media & Press card (50 slots). For groups of 5 or more, contact our sales team for consolidated invoicing, custom terms and a reserved seating block.
