Stuck on a question? Email collaboration@africablockchainfestival.com and a human will answer.

About youThe basics, so we can reach you. Everything marked * is required.
Your startupBlockchain and Web3 are one option among sixteen. Pick whatever describes you honestly.
Team and fundingTraction is assessed relative to your stage. An honest small number beats a vague big one.
Your technology journeyBlockchain experience is context, never a requirement. “Not currently working in blockchain” is a completely valid answer.
Your pathway and motivationYour preference tells us what participation you need. Final status and support are set by the selection process and available capacity.
Review and submitUse “Back” to check anything before you send. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email with your application reference.
Before you submit
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee selection into the fellowship.
  • Selection does not guarantee investment, funding, commercial partnerships or other financial support. Funding decisions are independent and follow each investor’s own process.
  • The programme team may come back to you for additional information during the review.
  • Fellowship support, where offered, is subject to the terms set out in the official offer letter.
After you submit

What happens next.

Straight away

A confirmation email

You get an email confirming we have your application, with the pathway you chose. If it does not arrive, check spam and then email us.

Then

Review and evaluation

Eligibility and completeness first, then a full evaluation of the founder and the startup against the selection framework.

Finally

Your result, either way

Shortlisting, pathway allocation and a decision. Every applicant hears back — a no is still an answer.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection into the fellowship, and selection does not guarantee investment, funding or other financial support. Read the full programme details before you apply.
